How we work

Four things you can count on

A phone isn't a small thing to hand over. These are the commitments that come with it.

We tell you when not to fix it
Sometimes the repair costs more than the phone is worth, and sometimes a new cable solves what looked like a broken port. You'll hear that from us before you spend anything.
The price you approve is the price you pay
We quote the whole job up front. If we find something else once the phone is open, we stop and call you rather than adding it to the bill.
Your phone stays here, not in a shipping box
Repairs happen here in the shop on N Pace Blvd. Nothing gets mailed off to a depot for two weeks, which is why most repairs are done the same visit.
If it fails, bring it back
Every repair carries a warranty. Standing behind the work is the whole point of using a local shop instead of a kiosk.

Walk-ins are welcome. Send a repair request first and we'll make sure your part is in stock before you make the drive.
