We tell you when not to fix it
Sometimes a repair costs more than the phone is worth. Sometimes a new cable is all you need. We tell you before you pay anything.
You pay the price you agreed to
We call you with one price for the whole job. If we find another problem, we call you first.
Your phone stays here
We fix phones here in the shop on N Pace Blvd. We never mail your phone away. That is why most repairs are done the same day.
If it fails, bring it back
Our repairs come with a warranty. If something is wrong, bring the phone back.
Bring it in. We'll tell you what's wrong for free.
Walk-ins are welcome. Or send a request first and we check we have your part.
