What we collect, and what we don't

What we collect

• Repair request: your name, phone number, the phone and repairs you picked (or what you typed about it), any time you asked for, your note, and your email if you give one.
• Sale sign-up: your name, phone number, the model you want, your email if you give one, and whether you ticked the box to get texts about future deals.
• Repair tracker: the ticket number and phone digits you type are used once to look up your repair and are not kept.

We do not ask for and never want payment card numbers, account passwords, or your device passcode through this website.

What we do with it

We use it to contact you about your repair or the sale you signed up for — to quote a price, confirm a time or a part, or tell you the phone is ready. We only text you about future deals if you ticked that box, and you can reply STOP at any time. We do not sell your information, rent it, or share it for anyone else's marketing.

Who else sees it

• RepairDesk — the shop's repair system. Requests and sign-ups go straight into it, and it may email you a confirmation.
• Resend — sends our emails (a copy of your request to the shop).
• Cloudflare Turnstile — a spam check on our forms. It looks at your browser, not what you type.
• Vercel — hosts this website and keeps standard server logs, including IP addresses.
• Google — Google Analytics records anonymous usage (pages visited, buttons used — never what you type), and the map on our contact page is loaded from Google Maps.

Each of these companies handles data under its own privacy policy. We do not give any of them your information for their own marketing.

Cookies and your browser

This website does not set advertising cookies of its own. Google Analytics and the embedded map may set their own cookies. While you fill in the repair form, your name, number, email and note are kept in this browser tab only, so they are not lost if you go back to change your phone. They are cleared when you send the request or close the tab.

How long we keep it

Requests and sign-ups stay in the shop's repair system so we have a record of work we have done for you. Ask us to delete yours and we will.

Children

This website is meant for adults arranging a phone repair. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

Asking us to delete your details

Call the shop or come by and ask. We will confirm what we have and remove it.

Changes

If we change what we collect, we will update this page and the date at the top of it.
