What we collect, and what we don't

What we collect

If you send a repair request, we receive the name, phone number, device, and description of the problem you enter, plus your email address if you choose to give one. That is the only information this website asks you for.

We do not ask for and never want payment card numbers, account passwords, or your device passcode through this website.

What we do with it

We use it to contact you about your repair — to quote a price, confirm a part is in stock, or tell you the phone is ready. We do not sell it, rent it, or share it for anyone else's marketing.

Who else sees it

Your repair request is delivered to the shop by email through Resend, our email provider. Our website is hosted by Vercel, which keeps standard server logs including IP addresses. If the shop has analytics enabled, Google Analytics records anonymous usage data about pages visited. The map on our contact page is embedded from Google Maps, and loading it lets Google see that your browser requested it.

Each of these companies handles data under its own privacy policy. We do not give any of them your information for their own marketing.

Cookies

This website does not set advertising cookies of its own. Embedded Google Maps and, where enabled, Google Analytics may set their own cookies. You can block or clear cookies in your browser settings without losing access to anything on this site.

How long we keep it

Repair requests stay in the shop's email so we have a record of work we have done for you. Ask us to delete yours and we will.

Children

This website is meant for adults arranging a phone repair. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

Asking us to delete your details

Call the shop or come by and ask. We will confirm what we have and remove it.

Changes

If we change what we collect, we will update this page and the date at the top of it.
