What should I do right now?
Turn the phone off. Do not charge it. Do not put it in rice. Bring it to us as soon as you can.
Can you save my phone?
Often, but not always. It depends on the water and how long the phone was wet. We check first and tell you honestly.
Is salt water worse?
Yes. Salt water damages a phone faster. If your phone went in the Gulf or the bay, come in right away.
How long does it take?
Usually 1 to 2 days. The phone must be fully dry before we can test it.
